Awards and Scholarships

Nicolette Drescher, York County's Junior Miss, will compete on August 7, 2010 in the Pennsylvania Distinguished Young Women Program in Johnstown.  Nicolette will be the last York County Junior Miss because the program name has been changed to The York County Distinguished Young Women Program.   

The Distinguished Young Women's motto, Emphasis on Education, is the foundation on which the entire Distinguished Young Women program and experience is built.

The York County Distinguished Young Women program continues to emphasize education by recognizing, rewarding and encouraging excellence in young women with scholarship dollars to further their education.

Listed below are the awards and scholarships presented to the winners at the 2010 York County's Junior Miss Program.
